Task Pre-pull container images does not re-pull an existing tag

Task to pre-pull container images does not re-pull existing tags. This breaks the pattern where a given tag is always used for a specific environment deploy (like dev, test, etc).

Docs are not clear but adding "force" may make this work to cause a re-pull.
